Class Descriptions
Yoga - A moderate intensity yoga journey designed for all levels. Learn foundational postures and enhance spinal flexibility.
Pilates - A highly specialized and comprehensive form of exercise. Low-stress fitness training method for physical and mental
conditioning, designed to work the entire body through a specific set of progressive exercises. Strengthen and tone muscles,
improve posture, provide flexibility and balance and unite body and mind toward the goal of over-all fitness.
Piloxing - Uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a calorie blasting, muscle toning, core-centric interval workout,
guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that is both fun and challenging.
Cycle - Tired of riding the lifecycle watching TV? Whether you are a regular cyclist or beginner, this class is for you. Each class
will consist of endurance, strength and all-terrain riding.
Cycle Circuit - An advanced training class combining cycling and strength training for maximum results.
Cardio Kickboxing - (Moderate-High intensity) This class allows you to work-out at your own pace and is designed to improve
strength and stamina by incorporating kickboxing moves, high intensity and cardiovascular training. You will learn jabs, crosses,
uppercuts, hooks, front kicks, roundhouse, etc….
Horizontal Pump It - (Intermediate to Advanced) This workout will challenge and push you out of your comfort zone. You will
use mainly body weight and incorporate a few props for resistance. If you want to strengthen your core and see results,
COME GET HORIZONTAL!
Pump It - This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Using your choice of weights inspire you to get results! You will shape and tone the muscles, improve general fitness and well-
being, increases bone density (important in avoiding osteoporosis), can burn up to 600 calories per class, gives you a sense
of achievement! Wouldn't you love to have a sense of ACHEIVEMENT?
Shred - Pump It with a little more OOMPH! You get the same workout but with two very knowledgeable instructors helping you
to achieve your workout goals in a safe and fun environment!
Core & More - Feel the burn! Strengthen and tone your abdomen, glutes and thighs in this 30 minute workout!
Belly Dancing - You will get the opportunity to experience your sensuality, fun and playfulness in a friendly, safe and supportive
environment. You will learn the basic body positions that make up the dance, including undulations, hip isolations and travel
steps. Benefits include improved posture, coordination and gracefulness. Regardless of age or body type, anyone drawn to
dance, movement and fun can enjoy this class.
Zumba - A FUN and energetic class that infuses Latin rhythms with tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout. The routines
feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Zumba Toning - Where taking the Zumba dance-fitness to another level! Using light weight toning sticks or dumbbells, this
combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is a progressive use of light weight training to improve overall performance.
This Latin-inspired dance 'n tone program also includes for the first time, combination rhythms within the same songs which
adds to the fun and flavor. This program is assured to provide you with a safe and effective, redefining total body workout.
PiYo - Relax & Stretch? No Thanks; I’m a cardio Junky! Don’t worry… PiYo™ is all about strength training and core conditioning for
people who want to sweat their way to sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability! This class is for those that color
outside the lines! It's the perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement and power with a foundation in Pilates and Yoga
that burns calories while transforming the body. It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge
the more advanced, either way, you'll get results.
